We offer gluten free options for our cakes and cookies. However, since gluten free baking requires different ingredients, there will be extra charge for any gluten free items.When ordering, you must make us aware at the beginning if there are any food allergies or sensitivities to avoid.

*As a standard, we use American Buttercream icing on cakes and cupcakes, and we use royal icing on our custom sugar cookies.
Cake Toppers
We can provide decorational cake toppers. We can place anything on a cake that you'd like to bring in to us, or we can sculpt something out of fondant. If you want a fondant topper or fondant details, we can sculpt them by hand, and they will be an additional charge, per unit, on your order.
Dessert Bar Information
We offer many different desserts that each come in many different flavors. For dessert bars, we charge by the slice/serving just like cakes and cupcakes. We can do smaller or bite sized portions also.
We offer delivery for dessert bars of 100 servings or more. Platters must be provided for us at the location in order for us to set up the dessert bar for you. We will deliver and set up, for a delivery fee.
Transport & Serving Information
We offer delivery for a fee of $50 for the first 10 miles. There will be an extra $5 charge per mile after the first 10 miles.
If you are picking up your cake: Keep in mind when figuring out pick up times, you may only pick up during business hours. Cakes do not like to be in the car or in the heat. The best way to transport a cake is by holding it level in the car. If you don't have someone to hold the cake, be sure to clear a large flat space on a floorboard for the cake to sit flat.
Holiday Weddings
Holiday weddings are subject to a holiday fee of up to $100 upon our acceptance of the wedding date.
Wedding Tastings
You must be needing at least 100 servings for your wedding cake to be eligible for a cake tasting.
We book all tastings with at least 2 weeks advanced notice. We must have the flavors you’re wanting to try no less than 7 days before your tasting or we will have to reschedule.
If you are doing a dessert bar, we can swap out cake, fillings, and icings for mini desserts.
Each tasting costs $25 for your pickup box. It will include enough for 2 people to try. If you want more people to try, it will be an additional $25/tasting box.

Your wedding date will not be secured with us until our contract is filled out, signed by both parties, and the requested deposit has been made.
Our Contract Terms & Conditions
Payment: Your initial 50% deposit is due 90 days before your original event date. It reserves your event date and is nonrefundable. We must receive the balance due by 30 days before your original event date or the contract is voided, we will not hold your date for you, and your deposit will not be refunded. All payments are based on your original event date, regardless of any date changes that may occur.
Date Changes: If your original date changes, we must be given at least 30 days notice of the new date. If you give us less than 30 days notice, you will need to pay a new 50% deposit and your original deposit will not be applied to your new date. If your wedding date is moved, we cannot guarantee that we will have availability for this new date.
Final Design: The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style, or flavors of the cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
Delivery: Delivery is $50 for any locations 10 miles or less from our bakery. For every mile over 10, we will charge an additional $5/mile.
Rentals: We can rent cake stands for your event for $50 refundable fee. This fee is only refundable if the stands are returned within 5 days after your event.
Florals: If flowers are provided by an outside source, we must have your florist’s contact information to arrange having the correct amount of flowers set aside for your cake. Any extra floral costs for decorating your cake will be your responsibility. You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, and other contaminants.
Liabilities: We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below. If you or your representative elect to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Fig & Lyle’s Bakery store.
Photography Waiver: On occasion we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
Allergen Statement: Our products may contain or come into contact with peanuts, nuts, nut oils, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, produce and other food allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and cross contamination can occur. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
Contingencies: Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Fig & Lyle’s Bakery to complete the agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
